We have a new baby cousin 8-> 

We went to see Stina, Anders, Harry and the new babyyyyyyyy the other day :D He’s i think 5 or 6 weeks old :”> 

They  lived really close to our house but they moved :( into town :( I’m jealous :(( And I love their house :((

Super blonde hair and mega blue eyes 8-> He calls all guys Pappa :)) and loves the word nej which is no in Swedish :)) 

oh and look Max is jealous na he’s not the youngest :)))))))))))) ahhahahaha

Max and I started laughing about something really funny :)) I cant remember whaaaaaaaaat :))

Midsummer is one of the most celebrated holidays in Sweden. 

It starts with people raising and dancing around the maypole or in Swedish the midsommarstång. Some people still wear traditional costumes but most of the people at the island just wore summer dresses :)) 

A lot wear crowns made of wild springs and wildflowers on their heads. Just like these:

Potatoes, Soused herring, Chives, Sour Cream, Beer,Snaps and the first strawberries of the season are usually what people eat. Drinking songs Snapsvisor are also important at this feast, and many drink heavily. :)) I’m not kidding :)) They started drinking beer and heavy drinks at 2 pm :)) My dad said the Swedes get really drunk twice a year. When school stops and Midsummer :>

they also play a ton of games and people just really have fun :))

and I did mention that being on the island would include cute rich neighbors with their own yachts right? :>

we all wanted to swim but it was way to cold :( So we went fishing instead! :)) 

I think Max looks extra cute when he has his life vest on :)) You can see his big tummy :))))))))))) 

and he concentrates a lot on putting the bait :)))))))

We didn’t catch anything so in the end we watched the sea gulls eat all the bread left :)) 

Sobrang weird ba namin na we had so much fun :)) 

oh scratch that. MORE LIKE HOUSES. holy cow they bought so much property that the original house became the smallest :)) There are now 3 houses and 2 of them are still under construction but I can tell they are going to be awesome 8-> 

It’s all wood and stuff because the houses have to be Swedish :)) You’ll get what I mean instantly once you go here :)))))))) 

We’ve been watching that show a whole lot :)) BUT MIDSUMMER CAN ONLY MEAN ONE THING! HOLIDAAAAAAAAY :)) Everyone usually goes south but we went north :)) and went to our cousin’s island up in Stockholm 8-> 

IT’S LIKE SWEDEN’S VERSION OF THE HAMPTONS 8-> 

GOOD MORNING FOLKS 8-> Its a wonderful day to look like a hippie and go to a thrift store to look for vintage dresses indeed! 

This would have to be my favorite spot. It’s so Greece meets the OC. My dad and I can spend hours just watching all the sailing boats 8-> 

We then went to the local ice cream place and got some really good soft serve ice cream with a whole lot of sprinkles on them 8-> 

then my dad and I started obsessing over the beetle we saw :)) We’re really thinking about getting one :))

and we ended our day watching Sam and Max run around town becoming all sweaty :)))))))))))))))) I’m kidding :)) but look at how red they are :))

HOLYCRAPPERS it took us like 6 hours to get to my grandmother’s house @-) It was such a long and painful ride :(( Okay not really because I was asleep most of the time :)) and I only woke up whenever we’d have a stop over :)) 

When we got there she was asleep :)) normal :)) so my dad asked me to take Sam and Max for a walk since we’ve been sitting in the car all day 8-| 

I thought the weather was absolutely spot on but my brother thought otherwise since he said it was too hot and decided to take off all his clothes. Well his shirt :)) Ladies brace yourself for Max’s bodyyyyyyyyyy

It’s about 10-15 minutes away from town and I think thats great since she’s old and she wants to live somewhere quiet :)) 

and look! you have trees to climb when you’re bored

and a street full of mailboxes

and pretty flowers to look at

oh and look just before dinner Max showed me that his sock had a hole in it. Wonderful.
