Yup the lovely Nicole called us tea crazy. Maybe we are? But I don’t know, I kind of like being tea crazy. Well today we made our second stop for our personal tea project: The Search for the Best Tea Place in Skåne. Seeing as we were in town we decided to have fika at Te Trollet!

Guess what I found?
Summer photos! Boy do I miss random mornings, impromptu lunches, shopping trips, and dinners. I think these were taken sometime in July? I started the day by having breakfast with Iya (and bumping into everyone from UA&P haha) always a treat!

KEEP WARM AND SNUGGLE UP
Good morning starshine. The earth says hello!
It was freezing this morning and I had to eat my breakfast by the fireplace because it was so freaking cold. But I have to say nothing beats a giant cup of real good tea to keep you warm! Oh and I got my lovely lovely mug when I was in the Isle of Wight last autumn.
Tea over coffee any time of the day. Tea is cozy and homey and just perfect...

Good morning Tumblr Universe! Another breakfast post (which you’re all probably tired of) but it really helps me keep track of what I’m eating.
Today I had Alpro Soya Yogurt and fresh berries. I love how soy yogurt tastes a bit tangy - but the good kind of tangy! I like the vanilla more than the original because then I don’t have to add honey or any other sweetener :)

What better way to start the weekend than making a big batch of plättar!
3 ägg (3 eggs)
6 dl mjölk (6 dl of Milk)
2 1/2 dl vetemjöl (2 1/2 dl of flour)
1/2 tsk salt (1/2 teaspoon of salt)
2 msk flytande margarin (2 tablespoons of butter)
Vispa samman äggen med hälften av mjölken. (Whisk the eggs and 3 dl of milk together)
Tillsätt mjölet och vispa till en klimpfri smet....
Hiss eller diss?
I don’t think my pink hard-shell case will last much longer so I’ve been looking for a new one and I actually love my case (it’s Speck’s Satin for Macbook) but the pink one is out of stock EVERYWHERE, and yes that includes online as well so I’m thinking of getting the BookBook Case. Yes? Or?

BACKLOG: Korean winter
One thing I hate about January is the fact that the holidays are over (meaning playing Christmas songs, eating gingerbread cookies, and drinking glögg? - now considered weird) and that it’ll remain cold for another three months.
